Where possible, we ship books in North America via letter-mail to give you the best rates. This does not allow for real-time tracking, but saves roughly two-thirds of the expense! Shipping options overseas are more various, since we know our friends overseas are best served by different methods, depending on the country – we have added several options, and will continue to seek more economical routes to reach these friends (do let us know if we’ve missed a favourite of yours).
Please allow a few days for your physical book order shipment to be confirmed – we are artist-operated and non-automated, and have a tiny staff of friendly humans only, but they are always genuinely pleased to get your order and send it on it’s way (and have often been known to slip-in a small bonus publication).
All credit card processing is done via Stripe or Paypal (reliable e-commerce providers with millions of installs), through SSL (secure socket layer) – you will be sent there to complete your fully encrypted transaction – and your financial data is never seen, recorded or held on file at LargeEssSmallPress.com at any point. No email addresses or any other information will be sold or traded to any third party – EVER.
Customs documentation will be provided wherever appropriate, but obviously, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays at that (oddly capricious) stage of shipment.

Ebooks will be instantly downloadable upon purchase. If you lose your book, you can come back and download it again at no extra charge, as many times as you like, without any time-limit.
Because we are old-school about information, we provide our Ebooks in PDF format without any obnoxious DRM. This means you can read them on any device which suits you, and enjoy the original design qualities. Please do not copy or share without express permission of Large Ess Small Press.
